Participation and Assumption Of Risk

I understand that daycare involves group play and interaction with other dogs. Scratches, minor injuries, stress, and potential exposure to illness

may occur even under supervision. I accept all risks and agree K-9 University is not liable for injuries or illness unless caused by gross negligence.

K-9 University may separate or remove my dog from group play if unsafe behavior occurs. Crates, gates, or decompression spaces may be used for safety. K-9 University may decline services if my dog is not safe for group play.
